TL;DR: Most “won’t switch” issues trace to the Auto/Tool selector, the tool socket/current sensing, or the control board. 1) Suction Dial at Zero

• 🎚️ In Manual, turn the suction dial up and listen for motor change.
• 🧪 If the dial does nothing, the control path may be faulty.
